Over the coming months INETCO will be heading out into the wide world to spread the transaction monitoring and analytics word.
First up, Darren and Bob will be heading to New York City for the Celent Innovation and Insight Day happening at the American Museum of Finance on April 13th. This event is a great opportunity to hear firsthand from the firms that are driving innovation in the financial services industry and will be featuring a number of case studies, panel discussions, and in-depth topic dives in areas surrounding innovation. The event also serves as a showcase for the winners of Celent’s annual Model Bank Awards and the Model Insurer Awards.
Next we will in Toronto on May 17th and 18th for the ATMIA Canada Conference being held at the Sheraton Toronto Airport hotel. It is the largest ATM focused event in Canada, which will feature experts who have a clear passion for the business, as well as the regulators you need to work with every day. Don’t miss INETCO’s Marc Borbas speaking on May 17th at 2:15pm for his talk “The X Factor, Real Time Analytics”. They will walk you through a blueprint for a real-time transaction analytics strategy that works and outline the five main factors to consider when embarking or refining your analytics journey.
At 4:30 on the 17th, Marc will be on stage again with Trish Reed of Moneris for another talk: “The Payments System Monitoring Maturity Curve: A Path to Effective Payments”. Don’t miss one of North America’s largest providers of payment processing solutions outline the multiple components of payment systems monitoring, and explain where these components fit within a roadmap to effective payments management. Moneris will also share how their business and IT operations teams view the value of the Payments Systems Monitoring Maturity Curve as it relates to payment processes, troubleshooting and customer service assurance.
Lastly, on June 14th and 15th, INETCO will be in London for ATMIA’s European ATM’s 2016 event in the Lancaster hotel. The event is the region’s premier ATM conference, bringing together more than 600 banks, independent deployers, network processors, vendors and service providers at one event. It is organised around a two-day speaker programme including case-studies addressing a full-range of ATM hardware, software and service related topics. Come meet the INETCO team at booth #12 or hear from INETCO customer Lanre Bamisebi of United Bank for Africa (UBA) as he delivers his his talk “The art of visibility: monitoring the omnichannel customer experience”. Lanre will be talking through UBA’s omnichannel monitoring and analytics strategy. Learn how deploying a central transaction monitoring hub has helped the bank analyse customer interactions and usage patterns, overcome barriers such as disorganized and siloed data, and proactively identify transaction slowdowns and failures before they impact the customer experience.
