Just as transaction monitoring software is becoming increasingly mobile, so is INETCO as we’re collecting up the frequent flyer miles over the next few weeks!
This week, Bijan and Jim were in Barcelona joining our partner Vodafone xone at Mobile World Congress 2014. MWC is the world’s largest mobile conference, and an ideal place to showcase how financial institutions and telcos use INETCO Insight real-time transaction monitoring and analytics software to isolate service delivery issues, third party connection failures, and security risks within mobile transaction environments.
Next week Gord and I will be in Seattle for Bank Innovation 2014 (March 3-4), a conference that “puts the future in focus and unveils the banking customer experience of tomorrow.” As banks offer their customers more channels in which to interact with them (mobile banking, online banking, ATM, IVR) these financial institutions must ensure that customer transactions are seamless, fast, safe—and profitable! Gord and I will demonstrate how INETCO Insight helps you resolve your transaction issues up to 75% faster and reduce failed transactions by up to 25%, which allows you to lower support costs AND provide an amazing customer experience.
The following week Gord is off again, this time with Stacy and Marc, to BAI Payments Connect 2014 (March 10-13) at the Mirage in Las Vegas. Marc will be in the spotlight at this show, joining FISERV and Deluxe on a panel explaining how to leverage new technologies to simplify the growing complexity in your banking payment infrastructures. Evolution of Electronic Payments – The Changing Role of Banks in Electronic Payments takes place from 11-11:30am on Monday March 10th at the Expo Solution Theatre 2.
The big excitement comes the following day at the Payments Innovation Track. At 4pm, Marc will take the stage for a rapid-fire 8-minute presentation – Changing Your Game: A Mobile RDC Monitoring Scenario. Here, Marc will demonstrate how financial institutions expanding their service offerings with mobile remote deposit capture (RDC) can centralize monitoring and offset risk when receiving transactions from millions of wandering devices. The INETCO team will also en”light”en (you’ll have to stop by to see what that means…) conference attendees at Booth 13 from 10:45am-7pm in Montego A. Come to the presentation or our booth to learn how “one-stop” visibility into real-time transaction data and analytics can help you improve your self-service offerings, cost savings and process efficiencies.
To wrap up the month, INETCO will join our partners Bowman Technologies at Payments CIT 2014 (March 25) in Mexico City. Stacy and Gord will be on hand speak to how INETCO Insight software ayuda a la complejidad de transacción de control de los bancos y mejorar la experiencia de sus clients… this is obviously an invitation for Spanish speakers to comment on how to actually write this last sentence properly…
